The agent will identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call.

Voice calls are recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and clinical-documentation purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may decline to continue at any time by saying so or hanging up.

6. Telehealth & Clinical Disclaimer

SleepDox provides clinical services through licensed providers. Information on sleepdox.com and messages from SleepDox (including SMS, voice, and email) are for educational and care-coordination purposes and are not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation when one is clinically indicated.

If your condition is acute, worsening, or you have symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, suicidal ideation, or a sleep-related event requiring urgent attention — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
